Bakehouse Bistro and Bar

Originally hired as a design consultant, Brad worked with the owner, Philippe Bonsignour to conceptualize the large open space that overlooked the Hudson River and putting them to paper-creating hand drawn sketches of their collaborative visions. It was from these sketches that blueprints for a restaurant, bar and wholesale bakery were created.

Upon completion of the restaurant, Brad stayed on board to design menus, marketing material, and manage the restaurant and bar's social media. With years of experience in hospitality, he also filled a vacant spot for a bartender where he created artisan craft cocktails to add to his custom designed menus for the fully immersive restaurant experience.
